Is anyone's HSP90 program anything but junk? Curis also has this compound but I don't even pay any attention to it at all.

RE: Hh programs and Pancreatic. There was some anecdotal evidence of good progress (good results) with Vismodegib and Gem combo studies in the trials funded by the NCI and Stand Up For Cancer. This trial has been going on for a while (along with a couple over pancreatic studies funded by Roche and NCI).

IMO, its the only way Hh drugs are going to really ramp the prices of INFI and CRIS because the "mutant" forms of cancer that it works great in, simply is just way too small an area. Despite the fact that the efficacy is incredible.
