there is nothing dubious about it

at the end of last year when 150M
shares were shorted in 10 minutes
<9 days b4 even issued by the TA>
it was done because of the hope
of *influencing* end of year tax
loss selling ~ of course the box
of the cellar became a bind that
had to keep on repeating .. and
it clearly worked since some exph
shares were *sold* in early feb 2011

as i've noted elsewhere .. when
counterfeit shares are in the system
to the tune of a BILLION + <and then
some> what is another 200 to 300 M
shares amongst *colluding entities*

that is just one of the reasons *volume*
shows at the eom .. it's the *hand off*

and it's why reg sho percentages matter
it's rather interesting that shares *sold*
at .0002 <bid vs. the ask> .. show on reg sho

actually it's totally *predictable*

it's why where legit co.s on the OTC
as expo holdings is .. the last thing
i base my DD on is the stocks' pps
