If you read the PR the only confirmed statement is the supposed resignation of Burton on June 6th, that is the only non forward looking statement since it states it has occurred. Now read the PR for the forward statements and you will see "in the process of" and things of that nature. In 30 days a company that acquires will at a minimum update the company info tab to reflect the new company in some form... Nothing.. The SOS of Nevada.... Nothing.... In fact not even a PR at this point, it appears during the new companies DD and negotiation for the shell that it may have hit a huge snag... So if the deal has in fact fell apart I cannot wait for the new story of whom negotiated the new deal...lol...

8 months of nothing... Awesome.....
