this has turned into a long term play, and many of us are suffering from the previous perceived time table that has since exponentiated due to apparent well troubles and legal issues. I'm doing my best to not be forced to sell at a loss here. Flipping was THE best thing to do, and it annoys me when "longs" celebrate how they were smart enough to flip it, but oh well. we are stuck where we are with no apparent light of day any time soon.
