The LAW is quite clear: During an SEC investigation the SHARE... structure needs to be reported.

The company has NOT been deregistered and we have the right as shareholders to have representation and knowledge of the share count.

In the discovery of the share count, if the information suggests infiltration of significant short sellers, the shareholders and the Court has a responsibility to correct this illegal activity regardless of the legal standing of the company or its corporate officers
