If overall shares went down, wouldn't value go up as each share is worth more to cover the total original value?

I'm not TOO spooked by reverse split (a little) but I'm just afraid if the CNUV executives personal shares were locked up til 2014 would not be valid for SURG if a reverse merger went through.

Anybody know more about this? In the end, we all have to look out for ourselves and Fong made 'promises' to give us quality shareholder value and has proven it by not going with Freya. Why does so many people dislike him?
