acdcrules my concerns about shom are:
can they find the huge number of employees at all levels who are properly educated AND
who are willing to earn there living driving from house to house - city to city and maybe even country to country

will shom develop in house education / training
will fed gov put up grant money and tax incentives for education and travel expenses etc
labor costs what will the pay structure look like what will be the benefits
advertising costs

these jobs must be good paying jobs with benefits at least $15.00 per hour would hope for $19.00 the impact on our economy must be strong and long term the unemployment rate would drop big
