wouldn't even try to answer that...you'd have to be more versed on lawyer speak than I... to comprehend

I know from my earlier DD that some preferred issues take precedent over older issued shares during a liquidation event (which a merger is)

and all preferreds would get theirs first before commons

here is an example...look under liquidation event (ii)(A)
