Wow, yes I see what you mean Mike. I'm not sure what I did wrong either. I thought we were getting into some good discussions again. Now, I'll edit out anything that the admins deem objectionable but I need some kind of clue rather than vague TOS statements. After all, there is a social aspect to all bulletin boards. Maybe highlighted segments with TOS references for example. This is a good board with lots of experts on the stock. We need some wiggle room.

so yea, i sell 100% of my shares but im not guaranteed 100% profit...unlike some...i know some here were wondering why 100k would be paid to pump a stock when the return was 120k...doesnt make sense unless the pump was paid by you and i sold free shares for 100% profit...
Mojo,
You have stated here several times that you believe that the recent pump was paid for by KBLB the company and that it enabled Kim T. to sell 1 million shares that he got for free for $120,000 which was pure profit for him because the pump was paid for by money that you and I gave the company.

If this is true I would find it quite disturbing.
Leaving aside the question of what Kim T. paid for his million free shares (initial investment, service to the company, etc.)
Can you explain to me any mechanism whereby the company could pay for the pump without leaving any public record?
KBLB claims to be a fully reporting company and has so presented itself to the SEC et al.
Anyone can lie, but it would seem that lying to one's national government and fully documenting the lie would be ill advised at the least.
So, what mechanism could be used to pay a promoter either in cash or shares that would leave no record (other than outright lying)?

(sorry for the length of this post Eddie. You will learn why below.)

PART 2

Possible PPS paths forward.
Most everyone here is certain that the PPS will rise sharply after any substantive news. I agree. But the more uncertain future is what the PPS will do Without a PR.
Lately it has been holding above .11 with low volume but has been slowly sinking, I expect this trend to continue until about 8/15. On or about 8/15 KBLB must file a 10-Q or NT-10-Q
If they file an NT-10-Q the actual 10=Q may not come until 8/20 or 8/25.
My prediction is that without substantive news before or immediately after the 10-Q there will be a larger drop then on higher volume (see my earlier posts if you can find them for the reasons).
If this happens the PPS may fall below .10 and possibly even as low as .08, .07. I do not think that the PPS will retrace below .06 without a longer period of no news or negative news.

PART 3

TACOBELLSUCKS has just announced that posters have been added to the banned list. Here is the list.

Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Inc.

Ban List

Member Date Banned Banned By Banned Until
SeeYAkblb 07/31/2011 08:27:04 AM IH Admin [Linda] Further Notice
Transporter 05/30/2011 01:33:19 PM IH Geek [Dave] Further Notice
KC10crewmember 03/27/2011 06:26:23 PM IH Admin [Shelly] Further Notice

Surprisingly, it contains only three names, only one of which was added recently.
I think that this is because of a subtle distinction between "Banned" and "restricted".

Restricted means officially that the person can post only once a day, but unofficially it seems that some moderator then immediately deletes the restricted person's post so the only difference is the vast annoyance of working on a post for hours and then having it immediately wiped away.

While hardly anyone seems to have been Banned, Many more may have been restricted (I don't know how many as this seems to be secret knowledge not mentioned or listed or posted by the admins or moderators.) WHile only admins can "Ban" someone, it is not clear who has the power to "restrict" someone.

One such restrictee is Manshoon:

For 3 days all of my posts have been deleted soon after posting, and believe it or now, I havn't posted "DD" or anything.... the whole thing, and I am sure you agree, has degraded into an adolescent bunch of bickering. Additionally, the Ihub TOU are pure bulls000, if you were stricltly adhering to them you could hardly type anything except robotic statements like, kblb is a penny stock...

I do wish everyone luck, I really do, I dont want kblb to fail anymore than you do, and I do promise I never had evil intentions with my posted DD or statements about them.

And now I am another one!

Hi Manshoon,
Guess What!
Just about the time you were sending this I noticed that a Whole Lot of posts were disappearing from the board.
I posted a message saying that I had counted them and ~20 out of ~40 posts had been deleted (Including one of mine that was totally un-argumentative, advice to a newbie on how to post, and reasonably on topic).
I complained that the moderators were damaging the board at least as much as the previous fighting had.
There were very few argumentative or controversial or totally off topic posts yesterday, yet someone was deleting them wholesale.
I received a reply from tacobellsucks that it was not him, it was one or more of the IHUB admins and we had better all shape up or there would be a bunch of people banned.
I replied in turn that while I was happy that it was not him, whomever was doing it was damaging the board, and that wildly inconsistent administration or moderation was worse than no administration at all.

20 minutes later, with no warning or notice I was banned from the board.
(I tried to post another totally within TOU message and got this.)

You have already reached the 1 post per day limit that Admin has placed on you for this board.

This ban is set to expire: Indefinite

("Indefinite" means "until we have reason to believe you will post in compliance with the site's rules".)

So I guess I won't be posting much on IHUB anymore.
I will probably post a goodbye message at 9AM Monday just to let those few left on the board know why I am not there anymore.

If you find any other free public board with a meaningful discussion of KBLB please let me know.

Mike L.

If you want to keep this post you had better copy it immediately as it is not likely to be here long.

This is a likely a "Goodbye and Good luck" post since if it is deleted I am not likely to ever again waste my time on the futility of trying to post to an Orwellian board.
