Sarissa Resources Inc (SRSR)

I am anxiously awaiting the details on this company that lent Sarissa the cash. I am VERY surprised to to see them give up so much for such a trivial loan. If they are truly on the verge of a JV or some other financing deal that so many here are speculating then they would have plenty of cash to pay off such a measly debt. Doesn't appear to be a frugal move but I will await details before passing a final judgment.
