ZMGD has a great new US subsidiary from an understated industry, while looking into additional north American acquisitions. Company is still quiet about the merger candidate, but we (due to the legal issues) expect to see something soon.



This is only one reason why ZMGD bounce early verry high - the Market capitalization is only 450.000 Dollar and this with an expected revenue of 2-3 million dollars - the price berween 0,0009 and 0,0011 is ridiculous -
