I spoke with JAG over the weekend in regards to the recent Brad happenings and the overall outlook of HOF within the past week.

If you step back and look at the progress since she's come aboard you will see it's a complete 180. She inherited an absolute mess. I'm not really too sure if she enjoys self-inflicted torture or just insurmountable challenges. However, she did reassure a bit of lost confidence through our communication.

JAG is legit, she's on course, and is a godsend for this company.

It's verbage like this that gives me faith in the new direction of the company:


"I can not continue to allow disruptive disturbances to occur, it's counter-productive and is a direct reflection of my ability to lead and direct HOF to the next level and into a phase of better stronger. "

"I am not naive enough to think that things will happen overnight"

"I hold my position to a very high standard, as I do Larry and HOF... in addition to you and all shareholders/ investors. I will continue to do the things necessary for everyones benefit moving forward."

"I have been reading the boards for a very long time, and I've never seen any of this type of communication between shareholders/ investors - of where we are today. We are truly in this together, and the goal is to be invested in something that everyone is winning."
