On June 1, 2011, the Company’s 100% owned subsidiary entered into two business development services agreement which provide for an annual fixed fee of $300,000(Cdn) and $240,000.(Cdn)

The agreements also provide for reimbursements of all reasonable expenses related to the development and management of the Nemegosenda Niobium Property.
