They know what they have. INTL knows what they have. MSFT knows what they have. Virgin knows what they have. ScanBuy knows what they have. SAIC knows what they have. FCB knows what they have. We know what they have.

And I know what you have-- ownership in a company with an intrinsic value just south of zero. A company forced to dilute shareholder ownership through financing arrangements with a lower tier private equity firm; a firm that locks in a return on investment by shorting against the box.
