By accident, I stumbled across a site called Jigsaw and also used Google to check and see if Baida and RCCH had any connections. The CEO of Baida is also a member of RCCH. Ray Chin is the apparent spokesman for Mr Newton in China. One of the board members of Baida is also a member of POWER!! Many connections throughout.

Other than that, it appears we are in for a wait for awhile longer. But, I must add, "What do I know"???
