"Judge Peck ruled the similar here, that really means "fair and reasonable."


"Do you mean in the decision with Barclays?" Judge Peck could have favored the Debtors more and yet did not - which does indicate he is somewhat impartial.


Hence the Debtors are appealing his decision.
