RP I agree. The company needs to get their filings up to date. It's understood that the company is having growing pains, but not producing the financials is a major problem. I will give them credit for finding financing for their commercials, and finding new partners to work with. It's clear to me they are putting in a good fight, but they need to release information. A poor 1st qtr 10Q isn't going to effect the stock price. The stock price isn't going to move on any news other than the release of the 2nd qtr 10Q. I believe that they will become profitable in the second half of this year, but it's of no use with out 10Q being released on time, every time.
