you have a different definition of Bagholders then me. Bagholders is commonly used for shareholders that left with a bunch of shares of a company that has become worthless and nothing more then a shell.

In our case, it's normal course of trading action. That's how investors build portfolios. You can never buy in at the lowest and sell at the highest.
