What is a business day? It is day in which business is conducted, the last business day for the month of July 2010 was in fact Friday, so a lot of the information in the PR cannot happen today, but a PR could be released today if one so desires to. But once again making a big deal of it is not singled to a particular perception of this stock, it was expected from the full spectrum of interested parties.

If there is no news tomorrow the same crowd continues to expect it soon, in fact tomorrow starts the 8th month in which there has been no business in the BEHL shell.
