small cap Chinese plays bouncing back

Small chinese companeis were crushed few months back with system wide scandal with audited financials. China nd SEC now meeting to work out a standard for Chinese companies....now that this may be being put behind a lot of beat down chinese stocks have huge short positions to cover.
