I was thinking today about the whole 19.9% equity position that TS stated and I was wondering what he was making his prediction based off of. In his email right before the huge runup from 28c to current position he said that it was based on the fact that NEOM had taken 10m on its Cornell Agreement so that they could have more negotiating power. Which I don't necessarily contend that this was false, it also could have been used to pay for loyaltypoint patents which were announced after that date, legal fees, and current capital burn. Just my thoughts on it. I was wondering if we emailed TS of Joshua Levine who actually is the editor of the Microcap Newsletter if they would give us some insight into why they made their statement.
Has anyone ever tried to email them? I'm a subscriber to both Microcap and basic so I don't mind sending the email, but I thought I check and get y'all's opinion.
