scion keeps track and posts the dockets of a lot of lawsuits and criminal cases and appreciates your willingness to post the full text of the JBI dockets, thereby avoiding the posting of "select information", so that he doesn't have to.

He does not speak of any "criminal law suit against JBI". His only reference mentioning a JBI case is to the "JBI et al class action lawsuit".

Then the post wasn't clear, and could have been explained by the one making it. The topic of discussion was lawsuits, and there was no other company mentioned in the post. It was natural to assume, therefore, that the comment was in reference to JBI, particularly given that this is the JBI discussion board.

I apologize, though, if I wrongly assumed that the referenced lawsuit concerned JBI. I do not wish to put words in anyone's mouth, just as I do not wish for others to put words in mine. I would invite frank discussion if there is ever a misunderstanding.
