Natty... In my line of work I used to deal directly with an internal audit group and external (3rd) party audit firm. Every revenue or expenditure had to be documented with original receipts and documentation.

Working backwards on an audit is TIME CONSUMING and LABOR INTENSIVE. Essentially SNEY needs to go backwards 2 years with Allied Mining to show what they had is actually what SNEY says they have.
