Actually I find it hard to imagine anyone willing to champion the cause of a CEO/Co-president who took $400K in *er*.."advances" while the company lost oodles of money forcing the company to DILUTE BILLIONS of shares ..the end result? .0002

Actually I find it hard to imagine anyone willing to champion the cause of a CEO/Co-president who exchanged common shares for preferred and then preferred back to common resulting in an instant increase in shares held by the CEO/Co-president...meanwhile these 2 still owed the company $400K.

Actually I find it hard to imagine anyone willing to champion the cause of a CEO/Co-president who issue false and misleading PR's regarding revenue, retail availability of a dead on arrival product.....etc


what would motivate JD and Glenn to behave this way?
Why would anyone support such behavior?
