I am writing in response to your recent message concerning the MGRN position in your Scottrade account.


Monogram Energy Inc (MGRN) is processing a 1.03 for 1 forward split of their outstanding shares and name/symbol change to Marquis Tech Holdings Inc (MGRND). This is a mandatory corporate action that affects all shareholders. Shareholders will receive 1.03 new shares in exchange for every 1 old share held.



At this time we do not have an anticipated delivery date for the new shares. Scottrade will not post the new shares until we actually receive them from the company or their agent. Your patience is greatly appreciated.



Until the new shares are received, existing positions will be displayed with the symbol MGRN# and will not display share price updates. Scottrade customers will not be able to sell their new MGRND shares until they are actually received.
