Sure you are, in fact right now you are ignoring that filings provided by BEHL showing Roger Pawson's son Alex Padilla as a director of BEHL and at one time to be a director at BNPD also. That a Press Release naming BEHL and Roger Pawson's Daughter or Wife since both are named Stephanie Padilla, a company called "For Your Information Inc." failed to acquire the BNPD shell. But no worries they were able to issue themselves plenty of shares that they are currently awaiting a 30 day temporary stop to pass to liquidate them.

Well you maybe right on Biocentric Energy Holdings Inc. being history, but the dirty shell BEHL will always be around, the history does not disappear with a name/symbol change, that is a facade. The financial history will be forever tied to this dirty shell and when they try to become fully reporting guess what history has to be audited? The full history of this shell since inception, that is three previous owners that will be required to provide documents in order for this to meet auditing requirements...good luck with that.
