No i dont think that at all.

I think this.. MArvel has a proven portfolio with charachters dating back to the 50's and are household names therefore they can command a higher liscensing fee or percentage..

sorta like this.. everybody knows who spiderman is..

but nobody knows the who the cowboys in C&A are therefore the leverage to command a higher percentage is not present.

you could do well here i can concede that, but you just dont have any deals or financials to back up the speculation, thats all im saying here. you have got to have some proof behind this or its just going to continue what already happening.
