Am I the only trader here foreseeing WRIT hitting .25 soon? Just curious to know everyone's thoughts on the pps projection, I'm near 90% accuracy on pps projections. Depending on the outcome of the trial, if positive, I'm going to go out on a limb and say the pps will hit .5. Moreover, it may very well be a good investment for the long term (3 years).
