I know how this is going to play out..!

Mr Stern... is going to bail out CLSC.

But, not for free.

He's going to take this company private.

He's got 50Mill shares in the company.

even if the ave is $0.10, he's in the hole for $5mill..

the big players are never in the money loosing business..!!!


so...
step1: bail out CLSC, ie., payout YA for $3mil or whatever amount
step2: bail pkg will be 90% control of CLSC, ie.,

if total shrs are 120mi, he'll finace remaining 70mill share @ $0.04

step3: he now owns 99% of clsc
step4: takes CLSC private


GAVE over for all shareholders... he owns all
and enjoys the profits as they roll in.

i've seem before.. and i can bet all my CLSC shares this is the plan.

OW, if nothing has happened in 4 years..
then there's nothing to expect out of mngmt in 10days..!!!!


i'll stick around just to see what happens!
