Mark this post! Something is certainly up. Fact: SAVW is a real company with real state of the art "green energy" product LED lighting! If they are real... and actually have such product... can you people really imagine GE or other big lighting companies sitting back and letting them take over the market???? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! Look... get over the 8K. It is past news... and no surprise to anyone on Penny land... or big board stocks for that matter. Companies sell stock to get going. Why in the world do you think they went public anyway.... to make money for us???? So day traders could make money? Dont kid yourself... that is foolish! Everything they do is for the good of the company... not you! Get over it! Play the game.

Now... the timing of the 8K is very interesting indeed. I believe the company MAY be buying back some shares. I could be wrong.... but can come up with no other logical scenario for this series of events. Remember.. always remember... it aint about us... it is about the company. Everything they do is about their benefit... not ours. If you understand that... you can ride along and make money! I see a buy out coming... I think SAVW knows it and has probably already been in talks with the big boys. I think they had to sell to raise capitol to get where they are... and now that they have ARRIVED... and buy out is coming.... they are possibly buying back some shares because they are gonna be worth alot more in the buy out. Didnt someone say the buys were 20M above the sells????? Hey.... what do you make of that on a day like this???

Just my opinions and thoughts.... do what you will with them. I have not sold a single share! That is my choice.... you make up your own mind.
