Yes 38B, I just saw it. I know stock structure is not good, but the Company has contracts if they start running, the fair value is much higher than the 3M market value with the outstanding shares, it is about 24M like 8-10 times more. Also, the potential is great, once it started operation, sure big energy companies will be after it.

Also, only less than 15K to move it up based on L2; which is nothing in the market.
