Costs increase and as they do they pass it on to the consumer. Okay as long as they don't price themselves over the competition.
Costs cuts would have been a better option if there was fat that could have been eliminated.
Additional personnel is the cause of some of it. IMO although that was a necessity because of lennys lack of expertise in certain areas.
