Not saying you can't get a little action but we have seen this countless times so I am expecting this to be no different. I originally had high hopes for this one as the structure is excellent. When nothing ever came to fruition it was puzzling. There is some DD about 6 months ago that finally set the record straight. The shell was dirty and had real liabilities it explained the lack of action over the years.
