I think when BORK gets the NIJ cert. you will see a bump up in the share price. This is the first time BORK has let a test of it's armor be held without actually being there and dictating what will be shot at the armor plate. Not to mention this is for the official cert.

To my knowledge, BORK has not previously given away armor plates for others to test without BORK being there. So this in a way is one of the first outside validations of the armor.
