DTC Status

Can anyone from the ESHC comment on the latest status related to the hold placed by DTC on trading this stock?
As far as my information goes, Fidelity is the only online trader allowing trades....is this correct?
Has ESHC been able to get the hold removed from any other traders or has been in communication with them?
