It is a simple answer the company usally feeds you a line of b.s. when they cannot do that I remember asking t.d. ameritrade to on of there reps and they sidetracked the answer except when I asked them to verify it. It was about there pre-market scanning ability and why on think or swim and there main website there answer was complete b.s. . You can get to differnt answers all the time. I am totally unfamlier with european brokers so any answer I would give you would be b.s. . So I have no reason why but this company definetly is not fraud they raised money by deception then the stock flew down they have put in writing the float so I would say no fraud. What you need to ask is what type of fraud ask them specifically what is there accusation??? Fraud is a very general term.
