I think this may be the only one that may not be applicable. I would like to think that any individual that wanted to file suit against JBII for restated financials from early 2010 wold have done so then, not someone who bought in may of 2011. With this not being the case it may be possible that there is not enough shareholders folling suit. We will have to wait and see what is presented to the courts, but I believe alone, this shareholder doesn't have engouh to claim a lawsuit, for good lord she bought in may 2011, did she not do her DD.
