As far as your thoughts/questions (and we all play devil's advocate at times, if not publicly at least to ourselves):
The share structure has not yet doubled (I just checked again). TADF has the authority to do so when they wish to and once recorded with the Nevada SOS.
Yesterday's PR states "through the provision of $315,000 in corporate funding." Let's not forget the $8m commitment TADF received from Cornucopia reported in the 6/21 PR.
The "60-day threshold" was self imposed and not a requirement to the parties concerned. Sufficient (to both TADF and Tac Air) progress has been ongoing, as evident by the chain of events PRd, and both parties are happy.
IMO, this has ZERO bearing on any part of the merger agreement, and I believe what is holding up the announcement of a completed merger is approval of the lawyers, DOD, SEC and any other governmental or regulatory agency that needs to be involved due to the nature of the business. Once they have all these, I believe we see the amendment and change to the share structure followed immediately by the completed merger PR.
My analogy of what is going on is a human relationship. Lots of sharing during the courting phase (not always equally but perhaps even through the use of a joint bank account), but, once the marriage occurs, everything attained is community property.
