The SEC investigation into Gendarme is ongoing.
That investigation may well be broadened to include RCCH's role in issuing out billions of shares and violating the threshold limits of issuing such shares.

RCCH is NOT buying any companies ... it is opening new shells with NO operations, no revenues, No assets and NO phones.
Meant to be red herrings of an appearance of business.

Is Gene still selling shares??? Most likely.
