FILMROOKIE
We have some excited news about FilmRookie.com
We have reached an agreement with Eurotech inc to purchase FilmRookie.com for $500,000.00. This is a product that we feel will flourish under the development of Eurotech and at encounter we fell it is best for us to be focus on the launch of our social media project and the other technologies that our in development.
This was not a decision that was taken lightly, in evaluating our technologies and the many projects we have in our pipeline, it was apparent that Filmrookie needed a company that was gonna give it the full time attention it deserves.
Our development of project R, and the up-listing of ENTI has to be the primary focus in the coming months. This move enables Eurotech to grow FilmRookie into a market player sooner than we could. And gives encounter a fair value for technology that we pioneered.
This also allows us to shift our focus to our DUTV partnership. We are still in the process of integrating this technology into our develping projects, and as we move closer to the market, we will reveal how that integration will work. You can imagine the possibilities with this new compression technology and were doing the same.
DIVIDEND
We are aware of how large the dividend is looming and feel confident that things our moving forward next week as Mr. Dibiase indicated in his podcast. The good news is that the elements are all there, everything we need is in place for the dividend, and the same information is required for the up-listing. Again, our goal is clear, our goal is a path for a smooth transition to get this dividend out as quick as possible and to get ENTI up-listed in the quickest time possible.

I am really looking forward to next week, were going to have some more excited news about our logo, our website design, and were going to reveal some substantial news about our social networking product.

Again, FilmRookie.com has been sold to Eurotech for $500,000.00. ENTI continues to move forward to the next level, I am looking forward to the next level. I am looking forward to the next few weeks, were all moving forward on what we all expect to be a great ride. Everyday as I look at the mock ups and the demos. I can't wait to get these products out to you and out into the market.
