while i'm at it ....

let me get this straight, babs. you're saying besides pt and jb, the board has to assume responsibility for these alleged illegal preferred shares.
these shares were issued prior to the sh meeting in 2009, which means way before the 3 new directors (2010) were selected.
so these "responsible" directors would include baer, pane, conte, garcia, astore.
aren't garcia, pane, and baer still directors with uspr? isn't baer an officer at uspr?

so jack, since you're the one yelling about illegality, and babs is indicating that the directors should also be held responsible for this illegality, since according to her, they let it happen, are you considering getting rid of them from the uspr board?

btw, jack, care to explain how uspr is up close to 150% in 2 sessions on huge volume, with no news? btw, jack wagenti (jwage) is fair game, since he is an officer of uspr. so jack, before you start attacking ipwg, don't you think you should clean up your own company? don't tell us this is another pump and dump at uspr? or worse, don't tell me insiders leaked positive news, before it was announced? or was it insiders doing the buying? since ipwg and uspr's history is so closely intertwined, isn't there a fine line between accusing one of wrongdoing, without accusing the other?

one more thing, jack. several people have asked the question, but you keep avoiding answering the question, so i'll ask it again. you said ipwg is over. not once but several times. now you claim you no longer discuss ipwg with people who are directors at both ipwg and uspr. so is your statement re: ipwg being over just a wild guess by an irate sh, or is this based on some insider info you're privy to? please enlighten us. jack, between me and you, i think an officer of uspr posting on the ipwg mb is dispicable, to say the least. and i wonder what all those people who you got to buy ipwg years ago, when it was 10,000 times higher, think of you now - unless of course they just made 150% on uspr? imo, i think you still owe them another 999,850%.
for the record, jack, how many projects did you get financed while you were partially in charge of ipwg for around 3-4 years? for that matter, how many times did you succeed in getting financing for uspr?
what was that number - zero ?
oh, and while we're at it, has any officer of ipwg or uspr ever been sanctioned by the sec? oooops, i should have said besides you, jack.
you know the old saying about glass houses and throwing stones .........
