I'm glad JohnIK is going to keep posting the JBI et al class action lawsuit here.

It looks like you're straying from the facts a bit there scion. Can you show us this criminal law suit against JBI that you speak of?

Oh, and sorry, I never made that assertion you are now advancing to others. I will of course post the facts as I see them, which is what I've always done.
