Why do you agree, Bay? Renfro is on Brazos website because Sam put his name there.

That structure you see on the site is how the Org Chart would look IF a deal were done.

It's not resentative of Brazos today.

That is only IF Sam buys Renfro Energy and takes Renfro public.

That hasn't happened.
