Great post DRock...thank you for being another voice of reason. Your empathy for another investor is to be commended

OPMG is going to do very well long term IMO

Short term is another story....It is a great marketing campaign giving the app away...it will capture the market long term...

But in the mean time, we have had extremely limited revenues from past sales and now we are giving the product away while we wait until September for the Drive Safe Pro to launch

Bills have to be paid...Zimmerman had to be paid...it takes cash flow that we currently don't have.

Dilution was necessary to bridge the gap from June until Sept when we can expect revenues to start rolling in.

It is what it is...nothing wrong with this type of dilution..so far they have done it responsibly.
