This is good news imo. That's nothing. They haven't even hit and when and if they do. It will not have any effect on the pps. the float is very low already. I don't know everything but I'm NOT a newbie to sell my shares to you on the cheap... LOL :) YOU SEEM VERY INTERESTED IN THIS CBIS...IMO. That why your here..
