More DILUTION, with the "quarterly reports" coming, the audit fees, the most recent S-1 filing, and the lease on new property, as CBIS has said in their recent 10-k that there was significant dilution, and they have looked towards alternatives, but they were "denied by SEC/FINRA" with latest attempt to get approval on the "stock dividend" quotes by dr. their was less then 100 million in O/S last year, last quarter dilution increased to 134.1 million, this quarter it will likely increase to "150" million possibly, since Dr. Bob has indicated that they have ran out of funds and is using personal funds...as quoted above..
