The company could order a NOBO list and ascertain a very accurate accounting of shares, if it were so inclined, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

It is possible that unregistered shares, perhaps given to "promoters" was the cause of the volume. I'd certainly believe that (given the FBI sting, SEC investigation and DTCC lock) over height challenged nudists and a conspiracy between highly regulated on-line brokerages.

That's why the company should come out with an accurate total for outstanding shares and float. Let the actual numbers be in relation to the numbers traded those two days. Investors that are holding, and long on this stock, just need the facts.
