Target price is .40 for this. And by the way these 3rd party promo reports don't mean anything. They are paid to produce these reports.

The only thing that matters is execution. We need to see them start to execute on their business plan. That means that we need to see contracts. We need to see contracts that are not contracts where the work doesn't start for a couple of years. We need contracts that are immediate. We need to see sales and revenues THIS YEAR. IMO they need to be aggressive around the world and in this country in seeking and getting work. They can't sit and wait for potential contracts from Haiti. Remember, this company currently loses money, they are not in the black yet.

Invstors will start to lose patience if they don't see progress. You can have the greatest plan/product but if you don't execute it means nothing. We need to see a little more from the company.
