After hours activity

Yesterday I emailed Ameritrade regarding the after hours trading and this was their response:

Our time and sales shows those to be under the condition code of average
price. Typically, any trades shown outside of normal market hours for Pink
Sheet and Bulletin Board stocks are between market makers for the stock.
