YOU ARE RIGHT but it looks this one is in silenet period i am holding 700000 shares at an average of .0055 and after teh last 2 PRs for 2 acquisitions there is no news at all,mostly i have see in many cases when there is such a silence for not completion of deals that smells always of change of management and i feel the same here

the float here is very tight it looks some one tries to hammer the price down and just 15 min before the close they hit the ask and but few shares that means silent accumulation is on

The houding STATs for june have shown remarkable improvement in US and any news frm this one will reall send this past .05 the previous hight of .15 then will not be far away
